B2B Trade Partner Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern all sales, discounts, and custom pricing extended to verified Trade Accounts and B2B customers.

1. Eligibility and Account Status

  • Eligibility: All discounts and custom pricing are exclusive to customers holding a verified Ultimate LEDs Trade Account or a B2B status as determined by Ultimate LEDs.
  • Standard Trade Discount: Trade Partners are entitled to the standard, permanent trade rate of 10% OFF the retail price of eligible products, available every day.
  • Account Activation Bonus: New Trade Partners receive an introductory bonus rate of 15% OFF on all eligible orders placed within the first 90 days of successful trade account activation.
  • B2C Exclusion: B2B Trade Accounts are strictly excluded from participating in any B2C promotions, including the Spin-the-Wheel, introductory new customer discounts, or other offers clearly designated for retail customers.

2. Tiered and Custom Pricing

  • High-Value Project Discount (Standard Cap): Custom tiered discounts are reserved exclusively for single orders with a Minimum Order Value (MOV) of £1,000 or greater (pre-tax and shipping). The standard maximum discount available through this tier, outside of specific promotional windows, is 20% OFF. This is applied only through direct engagement with an Account Manager or via a formalized quote.
  • Non-Combination Rule: The Account Activation Bonus (15% OFF) cannot be combined with or applied to any order that is receiving a High-Value Project Discount (i.e., any custom quote resulting in a discount greater than 15%).
  • Promotional Quotes (Temporary Cap): Eligibility for time-limited, maximum tiered discounts (such as the “Up to 25% OFF” Launch Exclusive) is only granted for requests made within the published promotional window, which runs from 24th November 2025 to 30th November 2025. The 25% OFF rate is only valid for quotes requested during this specific period. Once the formal custom quote is issued with the agreed-upon promotional pricing, that quote will be valid for a separate period, typically 30 days, as specified on the quote document itself.
  • Custom Quotes: All custom quotes provided for bespoke orders or large projects are valid only for the period specified on the quote (typically 30 days). Quotes are non-binding on Ultimate LEDs until formalized by an official purchase order or signed agreement.
  • Payment Terms: Standard B2B payment terms apply to all trade orders unless a separate credit agreement is in place.

3. Trustpilot Review Discount 

3.1 Offer Details

Customers are eligible to receive a 5% discount code upon successfully submitting and verifying a review of the Company’s service or products on the third-party platform Trustpilot.

3.2 Verification & Issuance

The 5% discount code will be issued via email to the customer after the Company verifies that the review is authentic, successfully published on Trustpilot, and linked to a confirmed order.

3.3 Restriction

The 5% Trustpilot discount code is for single use only. This code CAN be used in conjunction with the established B2B Trade Discount but cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or non-Trade coupon code at checkout.

4. Monthly £50 Store Credit Draw 

4.1 Eligibility Criteria

All B2C orders placed within a calendar month are automatically entered into the monthly draw for a £50 Store Credit Voucher, provided they meet the following crucial condition:

  • Order must be finalized, meaning the returns window has closed. For clarity, orders become eligible for the draw after the standard 14-day return period has fully elapsed, confirming the purchase has been kept by the customer.

4.2 Draw and Notification Details

  • One winner will be drawn at random on the first working day of the following month.
  • The winner’s announcement will be made via Ultimate LEDs social media channels.
  • The Company will make contact with the winner directly via the email address used to place the eligible order.
  • The prize is a non-transferable £50 store credit voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Use of the  £50 store credit voucher requires a minimum order value of £200 Ex Vat.

4.3 Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the Company’s notification email within 14 days to claim the £50 store credit. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the Company reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

5. Amendments

Ultimate LEDs reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice (but will honor all valid codes issued within their respective promotional periods). Any changes to these master terms will be published here.
