Ultimate LED’s is a trading name of Tailored Technologies LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and supply of all LED light strips and associated products ordered through any of our sales channels (including website, telephone, and social commerce platforms) within the United Kingdom.


1. BASIS OF CONTRACT AND JURISDICTION

1.2Governing Law & JurisdictionThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1.3Statutory RightsYour statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected by these terms.
1.4InterpretationReferences to “Ultimate LED’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Tailored Technologies LTD.

2. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

2.2Mispricing & ErrorsWe reserve the right to cancel any order where a material pricing or specification error is identified, even after payment has been received. We will notify you and issue a full refund.
2.3Product DescriptionsProduct information, images, and specifications are approximate. You are solely responsible for ensuring the products meet your specific technical and aesthetic requirements.
2.4Recommendations and LiabilityAny technical advice provided by our staff is for guidance only. We accept no liability for losses resulting from reliance on these recommendations.

3. PAYMENT, RISK, AND PROPERTY

3.1Pro-Forma PaymentAll orders, including B2B transactions, are conducted on a Pro-Forma basis. Dispatch will only occur after payment has been received in full and cleared.
3.2Title (Retention of Title)All products remain the legal property of Ultimate LED’s until full, cleared payment has been received for the goods.
3.3RiskThe risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon completion of delivery.
3.4Right to ReclaimIf payment fails (e.g., chargeback), we reserve the right to reclaim the goods. If physical recovery is impractical, we reserve the right to pursue the full cost of the goods as a debt.

4. DELIVERY, DAMAGE, AND INSPECTION

4.1Delivery PricingAll delivery prices quoted are for mainland UK only. For other locations, you must contact us for a custom shipping quote prior to order.
4.2Delivery AcceptanceAll deliveries are kerbside only. The recipient must be available to take possession and sign acceptance.
4.3Failed Delivery CostsIf a delivery fails due to customer error (e.g., unavailability, incorrect address), the customer is responsible for all costs incurred for returns, storage, and re-despatch.
4.4Inspection and NotificationNotification of any faulty, missing, or damaged items must be provided in writing within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Claims outside this window may be rejected.
4.5Installation WaitWe recommend customers wait until all goods have arrived and been checked before scheduling installation work. We are not liable for costs incurred due to late delivery.

5. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND WARRANTY

5.1Cancellation Right (Consumer Only)Individual consumers may cancel a standard, non-customised order within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned unused and in a fully resalable condition.
5.2No Refund on Custom ItemsNo refunds or exchanges will be given for ‘cut to size’ LED strips or ‘Special Order’ items, unless verified as faulty.
5.3Return Costs and ProofThe customer bears the cost and risk of returning non-faulty items. You are required to photograph the goods and their packaging before shipping to manage liability for transit damage.
5.4Warranty ScopeThe warranty covers manufacturing defects only for the specified period.
5.5Voided WarrantyThe warranty is immediately void if the product is subject to: (a) Incorrect installation by an uncertified person; (b) Electrical surge or use with incompatible components; or (c) Damage caused by heat due to lack of appropriate aluminium profiling.

6. INSTALLATION AND LIABILITY LIMITATION

6.1Professional Installation (Mandatory)All electrical products must be installed by a suitably qualified and certified electrician. Failure to comply will void all warranties and relieve us of all liability.
6.2Total Liability LimitationOur total liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to the original purchase price paid for the product found to be defective.
6.3Exclusion of Consequential LossWe are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including installation labour costs, electrician fees, or damage to property.
6.4B2B IndemnityThe Business Buyer shall indemnify us against all third-party claims resulting from the Buyer’s incorrect installation, professional use, or resale of the goods.

7. BUSINESS BUYERS (B2B) AND TRADE ACCOUNTS

7.1B2B Status AcknowledgmentIf the buyer is not an individual consumer, they acknowledge they are a Business Buyer and that Consumer legislation shall not apply.
7.2Exclusion of Implied TermsAll warranties, conditions, or other terms implied by statute or common law (including those relating to satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose) are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.3B2B Returns and RestockingB2B sales are final and non-cancellable. Returns are at our sole discretion and are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the total invoice value.
7.4Trade User Account and Discount(a) Discounts are applied only at our sole discretion to approved Trade User Accounts. (b) Discounts are strictly non-transferable and may be withdrawn immediately if the account is misused. (c) Trade discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated by us in writing.

8. GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS

8.2Marketing ConsentBy providing contact details, you consent to receive marketing communications via SMS/MMS (opt-out by texting “STOP”) and email.

8.4Changes to Terms and ConditionsWe reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order placement will apply.
