1. Delivery Timeframes & Working Day Definition

1.1 Working Day Definition

A “Working Day” is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This also excludes all UK Public or Bank Holidays.

1.2 Next Working Day Delivery Rules

• Next Working Day Delivery applies only to the defined Working Days.
• Cut-off Time: To qualify for delivery on the following Working Day, orders must be placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM GMT.
• Friday Orders: Any orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM will be processed on the following Monday, with delivery expected on the Tuesday (assuming no Bank Holiday).

1.3 Delivery Exceptions

Delivery times may be extended during specific non-working periods:

• Public/Bank Holidays: No processing or deliveries will take place. Orders placed immediately prior to or during these periods will be processed on the next available Working Day.
• Festive Periods: During high-volume times, such as Christmas and New Year, delivery estimates may be subject to change due to increased courier capacity demands.

All orders are handled by reliable, dedicated national couriers, including Royal Mail, FedEx, and DPD.  We ensure all of our orders and products are professionally packaged and protected for safe arrival.The specific cost for your order is determined at the final stage of checkout based on the items in your cart and the corresponding shipping rule applied (see below).

• Estimated Delivery: 1–2 Business Days.

3. Priority Next-Day 1m Profile Only

• Applies To: For all orders containing only 1m profiles.
• Estimated Delivery: 1–2 Business Days.

4. Priority Next-Day (Standard Items)

• Applies To: For orders containing only standard items (LED strip lights, LED drivers, controllers).
• Estimated Delivery: 1–2 Business Days.

5. Express Small Goods

• Applies To: For all orders containing ONLY small accessories, connectors, and samples.
• Estimated Delivery: 2–3 Business Days.

3. Local Same-Day (Premium Service)

For customers in the surrounding areas, we offer a premium, eco-friendly delivery service that prioritizes speed and convenience.

• Service Goal: Same-day delivery is our primary goal. If we cannot fulfill it today (due to order volume or timing), we guarantee next-day delivery and will contact you immediately to arrange the time slot.
• Cost: The rate for this specialized service will be displayed at checkout.
• Packaging: Our Local Delivery service uses eco-friendly, minimalist packaging to reduce waste and ensure a personal and convenient delivery experience.

• Condition: Available for all orders with a value over £150.00 (excluding VAT).
• Cost: £0.00
• Details: Once your basket meets the minimum spend threshold, the Free Shipping option will automatically appear at checkout. Note that this promotion only applies to Standard Parcel Shipments and 1m Shipments. Oversized 2m items may still incur a surcharge due to carrier costs.Where any discount coupons are used the total value of the minimum order must also be £150 excluding VAT after discount.
